To complement your surprise menu, we offer a carefully selected food and wine pairing. Each wine served with your meal has been meticulously chosen to enhance your dishes and sensory experience. This pairing includes three glasses of wine—one with the starter, one with the main course, and one with the dessert. Each glass contains a minimum of 10cl, for a total of 30cl, ensuring a fully immersive sensory journey throughout the meal.
