Since its opening in October 2021, the Dans le Noir ? Toulouse restaurant has been (re)discovering the experience with its new menu concocted by chef Yousri Ben Jeday of the 5* Pullman Toulouse Centre hotel, featuring products from the South-West region.
You'll experience a gastronomic adventure full of surprises on the Allées Jean Jaurès. In a completely darkened room, enjoy a digital detox (you'll leave your phone and all sources of light in the lockers provided) and use your other senses to try and guess the ingredients of your 100% surprise* menu.
The menu is tested and approved by Pullman's kitchen and catering team, in complete darkness. Come and discover different textures, surprising dishes and ingredients designed to surprise your taste buds.
